Vignettes - The Perfect Setting for Smaller Paintings

Posted on May 20, 2015 by DONNA WEATHERS | 1 comment

Everyone has those small little odd walls in their apartment or home where there is absolutely no room for a large painting.  Plus, frankly, sometimes larger paintings are just not in the budget.  Enter: small paintings in a vignette setting. It is a good entryway into the foray of art collecting. And besides, how cute does it look!

I agree – you can always find space for a little painting and often find the colours draw together a group of different objects. Paintings standing on shelves look unusual and tempt you to pick them up too!
