The base of this piece consists of collage (vintage ephemera pages, tissue, vintage book pieces) along with acrylic paint. Some areas have been gouged, and peeled to reveal the glimpses of the layers beneath. Primarily blue with drops of Pantone Classic Blue, white with tiny pops of red, tan, and ocre, this piece would compliment any decor with this palette.

Protected with several layers of water based varnish. Please note this piece is not stretched on a wooden frame - it is flat, unstretched canvas.

The painting was originally a 48x48 stretched canvas (splined back).  This will be shipped rolled in a shipping tube.

Once stretched, the painting will most likely measure a few inches short of 48” on each side.
